2. Contact us for more information about the intended program should you have any questions.
3. Download the Application Form at the bottom-righthand corner of this page.
4. Ensure that all information has been filled-in correctly and that all relevant documents have been attached.
5. Sent it in by mail to KLT at the address listed at the bottom of this page. Please address it to : The Registry, Kolej Laila Taib
6. Please note that KLT will only process the Application Form when, 
    - All information have been filled-in; 
    - All relevant documents have been attached, and;
    - The Application Fee of RM100.00 and Security Deposit of RM500.00 have been paid.
7. Please note that KLT reserves the right to accept or reject applications on a case-to-case basis.
